John has had work published in several magazines & books, has worked with an award winning theatre company and his work is in private collections worldwide. He has also exhibited in the UK and abroad. His primary interest is working with historic photographic processes, particularly wetplate collodion, cyanotype, platinum/palladium and gum bichromate.

Kate’s first novel, The Monster’s Wife, was shortlisted for the Scottish First Book Award. Her second novel, The American Girl, was published by William Morrow (US), Harper Collins (UK) and translated into Korean by Tomato Publishing. She teaches creative writing at Hull University and she has taught photographic workshops with John in London and France. She  specialises in wet plate collodion and hand tinting, cyanotype, gum bichromate and mixed media pieces.
